##  In order to be certified, we followed a four-step process 

 2023 Results: We emitted 78 tonnes of CO2e Our collective actions matter.

 We measured all of the carbon emissions from delivering our services.

 

###  Reduce 

 We developed & implemented plans to reduce future emissions over the next 12-24 months.

 

###  Compensate 

 We purchased carbon credits to completely offset our carbon footprint.

 

###  Advocate 

 We participate in pro-climate lobbying, employee engagement, and client education.
